• Colleges / Training Partners for batch coordination and placement drives.
• Technology and service providers for hosting, email, SMS and payment gateway services.
• Legal or regulatory authorities if required by law, court order or to protect rights and safety.
• Business transfer in case of merger, acquisition or asset sale.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes stated in this policy or as required under applicable law. Candidate profiles are retained for 5 years from last login, after which they are archived or deleted. You may request earlier deletion by writing to us.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and IT Act, 2000, you have the right to:

• Correction — rectify inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Erasure — request deletion of your account and personal data.

We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, access controls, secure servers and periodic security audits. GGC Hire does not store credit/debit card details on its servers.

The platform may contain links to third-party websites such as LinkedIn and job boards. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Please review the respective privacy policies when you sign in through Google or LinkedIn.

GGC Hire is intended for users aged 18 years and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete the data immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. The revised policy will be published on the platform with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
